Herschend Completes Acquisition of Palace Entertainment U.S. Parks

Herschend Family Entertainment has officially completed its acquisition of Palace Entertainment’s U.S. entertainment properties from Parques Reunidos. In total, Herschend now operates 49 properties, employing 22,000 employees, who are referred to as “hosts” by Herschend.

The deal was initially announced on March 18, 2025.
